The volleyball team lost to Malvern Sept. 25 although the junior varsity did win their games. There were some highlights, however. Amy Wooldridge says a highlight of the game came when Carlin Whaley, junior, “hit the line and scored.”

The Panthers take on Camden in Camden Sept. 27 and say they are hoping for a better outcome. Asked how they are preparing, Lauren Chambliss said, “Lots of practice and working together as a time. Whaley added, “pep talks” with the team should help them work together. Amy Wooldridge added that they need to “stay united and fighting no matter the conditions.”

The game starts at 4:30 p.m.
