The Panthers and Lady Panthers in track and field took on 24 schools at Prescott Wolf Relay March 8. One of the highlights from the meet was senior Keynan Davis placed first in discus. In addition, Kaeon Rhone came in second in shot put, and D’Andrea Green came in third in the 100-meter dash. Reflecting on the first meet, Maria Guzman said, “The meet overall was okay although the the cold weather and my nervousness kind of took over.” After the meet several of the athletes said with more practice, they should improve this year.
