Results are in from the voting on the 2018 prom theme. “Beauty and the Beast” won. The votes were as follows: Vintage Carnival-4, Alice in Wonderland-22, Gotham City-42, and Beauty and the Beast-78.

Prom organizers say the actual slogan will be “A Tale as Old as Time.” They say the room will be filled with roses, tea pots, candlesticks, clocks, and vintage books. Mrs. Hurley says, “Students will walk in through a dark forest with snow and enter in to the beast’s castle complete with a stained glass wall and a giant red rose in a glass case.”

The pre-sale for prom tickets is going on now until Jan. 12. Right now tickets are $20 per person. After Jan. 12, tickets will be $30 a person until April 6.

Prom t-shirts are available for pre-order for $18 each until Feb. 28. Mrs. Hurley is selling both the tickets and the t-shirts.
