Parent-teacher conferences were Sept. 19 on the MHS campus. Asked if her parents attended, Cynthia Pettis said, “No. My parents did not attend parent-teacher conference. If they did attend, I would be kind of  worried!” Julia Ferguson added, “No, my parents did not attend, but I wouldn’t be worried if they did because my teachers are my friends!” New student Ali Almadon said, “My parents didn’t attend, but if they had, I would be worried because my teachers would tell my parents if I’ve been working or not working. I would be dead!” MHS hosts four conference dates a year. The next is on Nov. 14.
